Short Term Rental Cleaning

Chispas offers a whole house cleaning for every turnover that includes initial inspection, detailed clean and final staging to meet our client’s needs. We also provide updates on any inventory that needs replacement. We also note any damage and maintenance tasks that the property manager or owner may need to address

We adapt to the automated scheduling used by the host so that once onboarding is complete there is no need to reach out each time a new clean is scheduled.  Rest assured we will always show up on time to turn the house over.

We offer three primary levels of service to meet each hosts unique needs including:

• The standard turnover clean which includes an entire house cleaning and up to two loads on onsite laundry. (Onsite laundry is based on the amount of time it takes to clean the property)
• The standard turnover clean with offsite laundry. In this package Chispas takes all laundry offsite for professional cleaning. Clients can choose to provide all the necessary replacement linens needed, or they can participate in our linen rental service.
• The all-inclusive package includes a standard cleaning, professional offsite laundering and restocking of consumables supplied by Chispas
