After 20 years of experience as residential cleaners, our family decided to create Chispas Cleaning. Chispas started as a family run local business in 2018 and expanded primarily through word of mouth and referrals.  We currently service the entire Phoenix metropolitan area, and while we focus on residential cleaning, we are considered experts at providing solutions for all short-term rental cleaning needs.

We strive to be the most all- inclusive customer-centric cleaning company in the Valley of the Sun. We are known to include a standard of clean that combines the customers’ needs with each teams’ unique love for the cleaning profession.  Specifically, this means that our standard packages are often more intuitive and backed by passion which has enabled us to include many common-sense needs in all our packages at a flat rate.

• Our cleaners can work up to 7 days a week, and hours can be between 7am and 9pm.
• We are a 5 five-star goggle reviewed company who are experts at providing five-star quality cleans for our residential and short-term rental clients.
• We offer competitive pay structure, and all tips are the cleaners to keep.  Cleaners get paid via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
• We also offer flexible hours, and we will strive to get you as many clients as you can handle.
• Our cleaners are independent contractors which means we only hire people considered experts in the field and cleaners must have their own cleaning supplies.
• We have a quick onboarding process and can get you working soon if you are the right fit.
