After 20 years of working privately as a commercial and a residential cleaner, we decided to establish an LLC and Chispas Cleaning was born in December of 2018.  We are a local family-owned residential cleaning company with deep roots in the community.  We started with a focus on becoming the most all-inclusive residential cleaning company in the valley and we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive cleaning packages that uniquely address client needs.

Specifically, we have packages that include many tasks that other companies’ upcharge for such as oven cleaning, inside window cleaning and even wall cleaning is included in our move-out cleaning package. The in-depth quality of our cleaning packages has enabled us to partner with many local realtors, and we love the local small business partnerships we have developed.

In 2019 we expanded into short-term rental and Airbnb cleanings, and we have completed 1000s of short-term rental turnovers.  We have perfected our craft and have partnered with property management companies, local Airbnb owners and out of state owners of short-term rental properties here in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.  We carried over our core principle of providing a thorough all-inclusive clean and we do not cut corners.  We understand that our short-term rental hosts and their clients expect a clean and fresh property, and we provide a five- star cleaning as the hallmark of each of our Airbnb cleaning packages offered.  We are also equipped to provide consumable solutions, and hotel quality linen packages to meet all your Airbnb needs.

We strive to be the most all- inclusive customer centric cleaning company in the Valley of the Sun and we are known to include a standard of clean that is one step above because it is focused more on the customers’ needs and or teams unique love for the cleaning profession.  Chispas utilizes more of a show the love philosophy. This means we did our job correctly when we don’t have to tell you we are the best, but you see the difference through the quality of our products and services.
