    We aim to be the most all-inclusive residential cleaning service in the Phoenix area, and we are experts at handling short term rentals.  We provide residential standard cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings and post construction cleanings.  We specialize in short term rental turnover services.  Since we are customer-centric, we offer a variety of products to best meet our clients needs.  Specifically, we offer a basic turnover service, a turnover service that includes offsite laundry, a turnover service that includes linen rental and a all-inclusive package that includes a standard turnover, professional linen service and a consumable solution.

  • What days of the week are you in the field?

    Both our short-term rental cleaners and our residential cleaners work 7 days a week.

  • How do I contact you?

    A customer support specialist can be reached daily at (480) 262-8039 between 8am and 5pm.  You can also email us at [email protected].  All established customers will receive additional contact information for after hour emergencies.

  • Will I get the same cleaner or cleaning team every time I book?

    We understand the importance of having a good relationship with your cleaning technician, so we strive to keep the same cleaning team working with you for the duration of your relationship with Chispas Cleaning.

  • Can I cancel my cleaning appointment?

    We have a hassle-free cancellation policy if you cancel at least 24 hours before you allotted appointment time.  If you cancel less than 24hrs before your cleaning appointment, there will be a $60.00 cancellation fee in most cases.

  • Is there anything you cannot clean?

    We cannot provide services to houses that are experiencing an active pest infestation. We do not offer carpet cleaning services.  We must handle hoarding situations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Is your cleaning service pet friendly?

    We are a pet friendly cleaning service, and we are happy to clean your house while your furry friends are there.  However, you know your animal better than we do, so we ask that you lock them away if you know they may not be friendly with new people.

  • Are your cleaners bilingual?

    We do have bilingual cleaning technicians available, so please make your requests for a bilingual service provider when making your appointment.
